Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders at Paper and Postcrosser made via the ordering system provided on the Internet at www.paperandpostcrosser.com and are accepted by the buyer with every order.
Paper and Postcrosser owns copyrigh licenses to copy and distribute all products available at www.paperandpostcrosser.com
Payment
For orders on www.paperandpostcrosser.com, payment is to be made by
- credit card via Stripe
- PayPal
We reserve the right to exclude specific payment methods in a particular case.
The prices listed at the time of ordering on the internet apply. The prices are total prices in euros, which means that they include the currently valid statutory value added tax plus shipping costs and any further charges on delivery to countries outside the European Union.
Payment by sending cash or cheques is not possible.
Delivery, delivery time, transport and shipping
The ordered goods will be shipped by "La Poste, France".
Delivery and shipping:
Orders are processed on weekdays within 5 business days.
Within 1-5 working days after receipt of payment the goods will be handed over to "La Poste France" for shipping.

We do our best to meet these estimated transit times but cannot guarantee them. We are not responsible for delays caused in customs.
The delivery is sent to the delivery address specified by the customer.
The shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and are based on the package weight. Depending on your order and your country, www.paperandpostcrosser.com will automatically calculate the postal fees.
Cancelling the order and cancelling fees
The customer has the right to cancel their order within 3 hours after placing it and may get back the full amount paid for Paypal payment.
For all payment through Stripe (credit card payment), 3.4 % + 26 cents (EUR) will be deduced from the full amount paid.

Our https://paperandpostcrosser.com/ website only uses the baseline minimum technical data (session cookies), required for normal website operation. The website does not collect personal data to identify the buyer or to find out their preferences.
The buyer who makes an order, should mention their full postal address, that will be only used for sole purpose of the order delivery. The buyer should also leave their e-mail to be used to send the verification email message with order confirmation to and to receive a shipment confirmation when the order has been shipped.
